Sybil MacBeth is a doodler, dancer, former community college math professor and the author of several books including Praying in Color. As a confessed non-artist, she marvels at God’s sense of whimsy and humor in giving her a way to pray through drawing. One of her favorite passages from Scripture is 2 Corinthians 12:9. “My grace is sufficient for you for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.” (NIV). Sybil leads retreats and workshops around the country.
