Below is a tentative schedule and notes about meals, lodging, and activities. Please note that the EYC Retreat will be held in conjunction with our Parish Retreat this year but is for youth grades 7-12 who have registered. Parents/Families are responsible for children 6th grade and under (and/or any youth not registered for the EYC Retreat) at all times.
Friday August 29:
5-7 pm Check-In at Pradat Hall in Miller Commons
8:00 pm Compline in Pradat Hall
Saturday August 30:
8 am Breakfast in
8:45-10:30 Check-in for late arrival
9:00 am Holy Hike
9:30 am Work Project + Scavenger Hunt for SSEC Kids with Christ Church Kids!
10:45 am Lemonade Break outside of Eppes Hall in Lower Camp (hosted by EYC)
12 pm Lunch
1:00 pm "Rest Time"
2:30 pm Afternoon Activities (see list below) + Farm Tour (Waiting Confirmation)
3:30 pm Saint Stephen's vs Christ Church Softball/Kickball Game on the Pasture
5:30 pm Pasture Party + Football + S'mores on the Pasture
8:30 pm Compline at Pradat Hall
Sunday August 31:
8 am Breakfast
9 am Free Time
10:15 am Eucharist in St. Francis Chapel (across from the Pasture Party field)
12 pm Lunch
