Parish Retreat 2019
The St. Stephen's annual Parish Retreat will take place again this year Labor Day weekend, August 30-September 1, 2019. Come enjoy a fun weekend of fellowship at Camp McDowell in Bethany Village. Reserve your room today! If staying overnight, please pay a $50 deposit with your reservation (online or by check payable to SSEC - please note Parish Retreat with your payment). Questions? 2019 Camp McDowell Rates (All prices are PER PERSON, PER NIGHT)
Parsley Commons (linens provided)-This is the lodging area in Bethany Village. There are 6 lodges that each have 11 private, hotel style rooms and a common area with a kitchen.
Single Occupancy (one person in the room) $115
Double Occupancy (two people in the room) $65 per person
Additional Lodgers (3rd and 4th persons in the room) $15 per person
*Free lodging for children ages 6-10 years, when they are the third, and/or fourth person in the room
*Children 5 AND under qualify for free lodging
Scott House (linens optional)-Scott House has 4 bedrooms with twin beds and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 24 people in a group setting.
$30 per person per night (optional $5 linen charge)
Meals in The Doug (Children 5 AND under qualify for free meals)
$8.00 per person, per meal
Meals on your own (MOO) - $1 per person, per meal
